Employee Conversation allows employees to share their experiences of the past week in a one-on-one conversation without the anxiety of a performance review. This allows employees to think deeper about what they are doing well and how they can improve.

A chosen person would be higher to oversee a team. this person would be in charge of having weekly checkins with teammates. during these check ins they would ask questions such as what was difficult this week, what was a highlight. They would get this feed back from the teammates and find ways to encourage higher ups to continue facilitating things that people have found as high lights and maybe finding ways to make the struggles not as difficult.
