Smothing over t

more slides about the solution

I've been to beta, mention how much they care about their team members

Too much skipping over the process

Add the critical thinking

We propose these solutions and how did we build upon these older solutions

Convincing them of what we will offer after

Giving these small snapshots doesn't really convince

Doesnt show the amount of thinking

Mention how very thoroug

Mockups of everything, including stuff we wont do

Showcasing iterations

Showcase exactly what we liked freom each idea and how we b uilt upon these

In the makethon its extremely important to showcase the iterations and the process

It might link between these solutions

We want to play this in a smart way,

as a beta employee they already do these conversations, whats unique about these

whats the key points

NOT highlighted is qualitative data

the story board, encouraging and empowering motivation

Its not against the other solutioin

Show how we are doing this without tracking

Growing up in the digital age, we've experienced constant surveillance, which has developed into a sense of skepticism and unease towards tracking. In response, we tackled Beta's challenge through a privacy-centric approach.

Employee Conversation allows employees to share their experiences of the past week in a one-on-one conversation without the anxiety of a performance review. This allows employees to think deeper about what they are doing well and how they can improve.

Nico Bellucci:

This system is a way to optimize movement on the production floor of Beta Aerospace. It uses boxes that are distributed around the entire production floor. They then communicate with an RFID chip or another tracking technology attached to the already existing name tags that employees wear at all times. This information is then processed and shown on the displays at the various workstations. The conclusion of that data is portrayed using heat maps showing the areas where people are wasting the most time and anonymous maps that show where everyone is on the production floor. This system would be able to help optimize movement and minimize wasted time while maintaining employee privacy and anonymity.
