Vision for 2024-2025

Full completion of makerspaces on all

three campuses.

Introducing to teachers and students the NuVuX curriculum in coordination with the introduction of the completed state-of-the-art makerspaces will create a shift in perspective and an appreciation for the investment into learning.

Five day introduction to NuVuX curriculum and makerspace learning for teachers.

With a majority of teachers returning, the August 2024 PD week can focus on the empowering of teachers to take ownership over of the studio topics, to develop competency in using the makerspace equipment, and execute portfolio building and studio assessment.

Launching the academic year with NuVuX studio student cadres.

Welcoming students to campus in a way that naturally integrates them into a community of learners and educators focused on project-oriented learning has the potential to create for each student a unique and meaningful narrative for success.

Introducing a new NuVuX team member for teacher and makerspace support.

NuVuX will launch the year with two full-time staff dedicating their time to NBHS. Both team members will support and co-teach the first studio together. Aaron will hand off responsibility as the new team member is found to be competent in managing the operations.
