I believe that music is very powerful. If music has been on for 5 minutes the room probably looks pretty different from what it did 5 minutes ago. The spreading dress is an airy dress and vail that represents something I. E., music, spreading over a space. Through the vail and light spiraly dress, this outfit gives an almost flowing effect.
