Thesis

Our project entails a movie created by NuVu students specifically for new NuVu students. The film highlights the unique personality traits that incorporate a magical aspect possessed by each individual. It will be set within the premises of the NuVu building. Currently, we are in the brainstorming phase regarding the specific individuals we want to feature in the film, but we are certain about having multiple characters. Additionally, we are considering the possibility of incorporating a comic book element into our project. Lastly, we are sure that we want to incorporate animation into the film.

Precedent Research (Conceptual/Technical)

"What's My Superpower?" is a book where narrative exposition plays a crucial role in its development. The creators of this book, who are artists, authors, and designers, have also worked on other projects such as "More than a Princess." Designed for kids, the target audience for "What's My Superpower?" is captivated by the medium of books. The book's central theme revolves around the idea that one's superpower can be their intelligence, highlighting the importance of being smart.

The Magic Tree House series captivates its young readers through the clever use of surprise elements within its books. The talented artists, authors, and designers behind the series have also created accompanying projects known as fact trackers. Designed for kids, the medium used to engage with these imaginative stories is books. In a similar fashion, our film adaptation of Magic Tree House will weave a captivating tale with its own magical elements, aiming to enchant audiences of all ages.
