Social media has created an unachievable and unrealistic goal of beauty and glamor that make our future generations struggle with finding a happy mental state and appreciating their self image. Artistic Aberrations, addresses the impact unreal/fake beautification filters have on the mental health of our young teens by using AI to create an art piece playing into the absurdity of these filters. The primary audience is the younger generations who are active on social media as they are often the most vulnerable, struggling with self image.

As teens ourselves, we know it’s important to talk, and try to help these issues, especially during mental health awareness month. Artistic Aberrations is doing its part with the overall goal of helping people love themselves.
