At the beginning of our studio we looked at some cool websites and infographics to get a good idea of the format in which we were going to present our information. We made a practice website to get a good idea of how to use Wix.com. Then, we picked our topics and got to work. We did a lot of research about important geometry and where it can be found in nature. We gathered all of our information and images before designing the website. Once we gathered all of our resources and images we made the website look all pretty and we were done.

When given the choice of either an infographic or a website, I had no clue on what I was going to do. When Norman, my Coach for this Studio, described his research and the mix of content and form, I was intrigued. He presented on DNA and talked a lot about cells. As Norman moved along the conversation to cater towards what we were going to work on, I kept asking him questions about his DNA book. Soon, we we were talking about viruses and, somewhat, cells. Before I knew it, that was my topic. I then spent the next two weeks working on making an infographic about cells and viruses.

In this studio, I had to create a website about the life cycle of a chameleon. I picked to focus on a chameleon because they are really interesting and mysterious creatures, and I could use bright colors on my website. If you read the wikipedia page for chameleons, it's boring; but with my website, I wanted the reader to want to keep reading something that was visually appealling. I picked two fonts that were clear as either a header or paragraph and used photos that were colorful and bright. I really enjoyed designing the layouts of each strip of the website because each was similar but very different at the same time.
