Here is the latest capture of the schematic and layout and I uploaded the files to github.

The sensor board I decided to give a 6p connector to deconflict with the 5p connector for the HV LEDs. 

I'm not adding a buffer to the RGB signals this time because the teensy driver might already be good enough but I put footprints to add an RC just in case.
