Project Statement

The primary objective of this project is to design, develop, and integrate a reusable glider into a rocket system, aiming to achieve sustainable and cost-effective space launch capabilities. This integration will focus on ensuring the rocket can deliver payloads to orbit while the glider enables a controlled, safe, and reusable descent back to Earth, while also highly minimizing the fuel used for rocket re-entry and landing. Our rocket is also aimed to be self guided and able to land in the ocean were it can use sail and electric energy to reach the coast making it completely autonomous.

-Compared to the first iteration, this one will focus more on the biological features of the animals, and not about the lore of the world they live in.

-Focus on completely original creatures instead of already existing ones

Project Statement

ADA compliant dress is a statement piece designed to allow able people to experience the constant worry of being unable to access environments as a disabled person. The main features of the dress, which make it impossible to maneuver if conditions are not met, are the width of doorways, as well as the height and angle of handrails. When the dress creates a conflict in a non compliant area, it creates a scene for bystanders which makes them curious about accessibility in their spaces, and shows the wearer of the dress just how inaccessible our world is.

Project Statement

Play-do is an inclusive playscape designed for individuals with sensory processing disorders, autism, and similar conditions. It features four rooms focused on tactile sensory therapy, providing even pressure along the body for soothing. Additionally, there's a playground accessible via climbing nets or stairs. While these spaces are made with the needs of sensory sensitive or under sensitive people in mind, it is a free and collaborative space that welcomes everyone, fostering play without stigma and encouraging consideration of each other's needs.

Many high-schoolers don’t understand the expectations, courses, and mindset needed for certain jobs. Additionally, people who have taken courses don’t always know what jobs they can do. We want to create a website where people enter what they enjoy or what courses they have taken to get a list of jobs.

How Will This Help?

Each job includes statistics on:

• Acceptance rate
• Largest companies

This will help students figure out which are close by, which jobs they enjoy, and which pay well.
