The Matzah Kit is a four part set of tools designed to simplify the process of preparing and consuming matzah. The main issue that the Matzah Kit addresses is the inherent mess that comes with breaking and garnishing matzah.
The Matzah Kit is made for consumption of matzah during Passover. The kit can be used by anyone with basic fine motor controls due to its simplistic user interface. The kit has flour elements, the breaker, the tray, the matzah bowl, and the spreader. The breaker is a two part mechanism that bends the matzah until it breaks creating a clean cut. The tray catches any crumbs made by the process and the bowl holds matzah at the table until it is ready to be served. Finally the spreader is specially designed to prevent too much pressure from being applied to the matzah when spreading garnishes. These tools combined greatly simplify the process of serving matzah.
