project summary:
1. This is a platformer game where the player is transported to a fantasy world and discovers everyone there only lives for one year. While the player explores this world, they observe the consequences of this short timeline.
2. After waking up in this different world, Ooniverse's main objective is to figure out who is behind this fake city and escape. After a few days, the player soon realizes this place is not what it seems - they have flashbacks to their old life, which seemingly doesn't exist anymore in this alternate reality. Interviewing townspeople, researching the town's history, and solving secret puzzles can be used to unearth as much information as possible. There are themes of manipulation, brainwashing, and unreliable accounts of history. This can be paralleled to right-wing media and the way information travels and morphs within right-wing circles. News cycles can be compared to this one-year lifetime cycle, and the player is tested in this world where essentially every character is gaslighting them. This game is about trusting one's own intuition and internal moral compass, even when someone is presented with a fallacy disguised as fact.

Forest game is an exploration/adventure-based game featuring forest creatures as well as a charming Saytr named Thorn. The game was created using Unity and Photoshop to achieve a unique pixilated style of design. When traveling through the forest Thorn encounters new friends and creatures and see's the first-hand effect of deforestation through his discovery of the nearby kingdom's lack of empathy for mother nature. Forest game is a playful and fantastical perspective of deforestation and how it affects all creatures and beings. Characters in the game learn to adapt to changing environments, cultivate resources, protect their ecosystem, and make a home out of an ever-changing environment.
