Govficiency
By Nate Besthoff
At times, the United States government can be frustratingly unproductive. The two-party system causes basic decisions to result in stalemates. The productivity system I am proposing would help visualize government priorities and progress towards them. It can help show the areas that are being neglacted and show the areas that the parties can agree on. I hope that quantifying and visualizing government productivity can help break down party polarization and motivate people to make progress in areas where it is most needed. To test this system, I used my own productivity data.
