We used a trash bag because it naturally had a design that opened up more that allowed the air to push up more. We added wire around the rim to help keep the "mouth" open.
9ft Drop Test
What we used:
Cardboard
Trash bag
Straws
String
Wire
Dowels
Here we made wheels out of cardboard and attached it to dowels, the axels. We put the dowels in the straws to allow the wheels to move. We added clay on the base to add more weight, allowing the wheels to spin more; carrying it further.

Ramp Test
We designed a gigantic sail to catch the most air to move it forward. We used a wire structure to maintain the shape, but we kept the paper loose to allow it to bend and catch more air.
