Resonance is a two-part wearable experience of dance; one for everyday wear and audience experience, and the other which optimizes movement and the synergy between visual and physical design. Utilizing vibrational frequencies, the body is immersed in sensations inspired by the tumultuous dance 'Unravel.' Just like the crashing of ocean waves, the vibrations come in cycles, varying in intensity corresponding to scenes of the dance. 

The goal of the audience wearable is to communicate with the body through vibration. After researching where trauma is held in the body, we developed a suit that would soothe and engage the audience user. Aesthetically, the audience's wearable represents a physical manifestation of trauma with black ruffles extending along with the suit. The dancer's wearable represents growth through a flower motif and intricate organic shapes.
