Thesis

"Origame" is a building that can collect rainwater and filter it so that it can be used for the building itself and for the surroundings. Its shape is inspired by an origami and his name contains the Japanese word "ame", which means "rain".

Origame

-Goal: to have new clean and potable water for the countries that mostly need it

-Characteristics: the building has a water purifier at the center of it and it can move from all 4 sides, changing also is shape (as it can be seen in the picture on top) 

-Each side should have a "vertical garden", which is composed of balconies full of plants and trees, so that the interiors of the building remain fresh. 

-The 4 big parts of the building that meet in the picture on top are filled with solar panels to take advantage of the high temperatures.
