The Clean Cow Co. aims to help kids have better hygiene by getting them to wash their hands for the CDC-recommended amount of time (20 seconds). Now more than ever, practicing hygiene is very important to stop the spread of diseases and viruses such as covid. Our product is a soap bottle attachment that plays music/riddle/jokes on activation. The purpose of the attachment is to entertain English-speaking kids while they wash their hands for 20 seconds. In the future to appeal to more people's interest we would offer different packs and the ability to switch languages through an app.

This one-piece prototype is made out of a ballon and styrofoam. The balloon is used as a base to securely attach to the handle and mold to it's shape. The styrofoam ontop is representative of the actually tech needed to make our product run that would be activated on push.

We learned that it is more immersive and interesting if the user is a part of making our product start making noise. We also saw that this design would be more bulky. We would iterate this to be two pieces because its hard to fit the balloon on the soap handle with everything ontop of it.

• Having the product be the stem

This is a soap stem made from cardboard, model magic, and a straw. The idea is useres would put this stem on their soap bottles and when they'd press down it would activate

The screw-on part being carborard or any stiff material, makes it hard to design for all sizes of soap bottles. That is why we would make that part not a screw on but a silicon that fits and molds to a variety of handles. It is also a sleeker design then the first.

• It's shape

This is a clip made of carboard that attaches to the base of the soap's stem. In theory, the clip would have the tech inside of it and would be able to bend to fit around virtually any size of bottle. It would use motion detection to know when to activate

We learned that the clip looks a bit bulky and that there probably isn't enough space in the design to fit all the tech we need.

• The two piece

This two-piece prototype is made from hot glue, wood, and hooks. The first part is a semi-adjustable hot glue cap that can be put onto a variety of soap tops. The second piece is a wooden box that would hold all the technology. The two parts and connected by hooks, so the user can easily charge the box without taking out the whole top.

We learned that the top looks very bulky, and that this design wouldn't be appealing to most

• The strechy base

This is a soap bottle handle that is made from silicone, cardboard, wood, and a spring. The main feature of this design is the stretchy base so that it can attach to any size bottle. We might consider marketing a small, medium, and large to make sure that it can fit most soap bottles

This design will probably fit most bottles because of where it ataches. Although it would have to have a good power life so people wouldn't have to charge it all the time.
