Dip of Joy

Gabe, Schuyler, Hide

Studies have shown that families who eat and cook together regularly tend to have better communication, fewer conflicts, and stronger connections than those who don't.Dip of Joy is a mix of multiple family dishes from each student’s culture.

This dish is for families and friends to work and be together causing the process to go from a tedium to a pastime. The process of making the roti takes multiple people and even then if some people don't have anything to do they can start on the dips. The dips are made using ingredients ranging from maple syrup to lingonberry cream. Finally, once the dish is created multiple people can eat and dip all together.
