؜The state of nature as imagined by Thomas Hobbes is the conceptual basis for Ragons political framework. A fear-based, militant society with a central monarch and state religion. Personal freedom is traded for collective safety, and culture, technology, and lifestyle has evolved accordingly.

Thomas Hobbes views the natural state as "nasty brutish and short". He believes that safety is found only in the Leviathon.

-Tribal societies in Ragons History worshipped dragons and the iron mountain as symbols of power and fear of the natural envioremnt.
