In this studio students will create projects that address homelessness. These projects will lie somewhere on a spectrum between conceptual and practical with the intention that all projects will raise awareness about the issues affecting the homeless population in Boston and beyond. Through research, visits to homeless shelters and conversations with people working directly with the homeless population, students will first develop a firm understanding of homelessness before moving forward in the design process.
