Today I made a simple instrument I call the "Brum" to make music with it you can pluck it, hit it and depending on the pressure of the "Brum" the pitch could be high or low and boucing it into the ground.
today I created a prototipe and I desinghed a scketch of it and helped.
today we were brainstorming of ideas that were possible and this is what Blake and me came up with,
the first one is a hot wheels track with a hot wheels car with rods on the car. and the car would go around and the rods would hit different things and make music a it would also have a motorized thing so when the car went through it, it would gain speed a make the music again
the second thing was a electronic thing with a stick on it and drums on the side so the rod would go back and fourth and hit the drums,
and finally the last one is a rod that had laser cutter wood with a handle and a leather wrapped drumstick on it with springs attached to the drum so when you pulled back the handle the drumstick would hit the drum.
GBT (Great Big Tortoises), our group, are almost done with our project, which is a drum kit and a "stringed box".
Today we finished the hand drum and now it is a working prototype. The rubbing sound of it against the tambourine and the drumming noise makes out instrument sound very different from others. This is our product and now we only have one more prototype to make to see if this instrument is really going to be amazing.
today we did not do as much as other days so I won't have as many words as usually but anyway today Blake and me made cardboard models of two of or ideas
Blakes is a thing so there is a bell hanging and when you push down a handle the other side of the rod would go up and hit the bell making a noise, and mine is the same one from my last document
today me and Kenny came up with a shoe that has bells drums or shakers at the Botton or side and when we dance it makes music. in the choreographed dance I pretend to slip and then I knock over something that knocks into something else which will make a domino effect.
Well my team has two ideas that we are gonna put together one of them which is the one in the picture is the shoe and the shoe will have many instruments connected to it so that when you walk and shake your foot It makes music and then the second one is a domino effect.
