Coach's Notes:

Projecting the coach's computer screen, students should come up with 3 questions they'd like to ask. Coach should type them up in this Google Doc, quickly. Then, you should talk about why the word "why" is important as it relates to those 3 questions. You should make two lists: one for the caregivers and one for the seniors.

Start broad, get them comfortable, ask about easy to answer questions, so you can set the interviewee at ease. Then start introducing general questions about their lives. Then you can start with questions that relate to the question matter. Then you get more specific to the subject matter.
