Critique isn't beneficial for everyone

Critique is a double edged sword. It bluntly gives feedback, but not everyone can handel it. Because of this there are different types of critique:

Benefits of a different critique:

- Constructive Criticism: Specific feedback that is able to be done quickly in the moment, rather then personal attacks

- Harsh Criticism or Realistic Critique: Realistic but blunt critique, not always actionable, but always very valuable

- Instructive feedback: Areas that they can could look into for research

Workshops are extremely fast for growth

Benefits of a workshop:

- More engaging

- More memorable

- More support

Using workshops, we can achieve much deeper levels of learning. For this reason we simultaneously developed tools and ran workshops

- It is much faster

- Can be used solo

- Always accesible

Tools like AI can make it challenging to learn if completing a task is only a few button clicks away. However, it is still useful in certain situations and there are some benefits.
