In this project students collaborated with 1369 Coffeehouse to look for issues in their business by doing observations and interviews of the staff and customers. The feedback gathered did not show an immediate issue, as a result the students shifted their focus from looking for issues to looking on how to improve the process. The students created a concept website allowing customer's to purchase local art digitally instead of having to go in-person. This put's less confusion on the customer having to wait two months before receiving art, the website allows 1369 to have more slots for artist's to show art and no longer forces 1369's art manager to be in-person.
