Day two

Schuyler Johnson

Today I just made the pinhole camera, because it turns out that the paper isa bought is still being delivered. The resulting box was made with a place to secure different materials for light to pass through. Tomorrow we should be able to test for the first time.

Day Three

Schuyler Johnson

Today we tested our cameras for the first time. None of them worked, unfortunately. It turns out the plywood we were using for the cameras is too thick, making it impossible for the light to pass through the hole. My solution for this is to make a new front for the camera that allows the user to switch out different pieces of paper instead of relying on the pinhole to be made out of plywood.

Day One

Schuyler Johnson

Today I found the measurements for my pinhole camera using the mr pinhole site. I also made a rhino file that should work.

For day two, I plan to create my first camera and test it using the cyanotype paper isa brought.
