يُعرّف مفهوم تمكين المرأة (بالإنجليزية: Women’S Empowerment) بأنّه العملية التي تُتيح للمرأة القدرة على اتخاذ القرارات الاستراتيجية التي تُكسبها قوةً تُمكّنها من السيطرة على حياتها،[١] كما يُمكن تعريف تمكين المرأة بأنّه العملية التي تُشير إلى امتلاك المرأة للموارد وقدرتها على الاستفادة منها وإدارتها بهدف تحقيق مجموعة من الإنجازات، وبناءً على هذا التعريف يتبيّن أهمية توافر ثلاثة عناصر مترابطة لتستطيع المرأة ممارسة اختياراتها الفردية؛ وهي: الموارد، والإدارة، والإنجازات، ويُشير كلّ من تلك العناصر إلى معنى مختلف؛ فالموارد تُشير إلى التوقعات والمخصصات المادية، والاجتماعية، والبشرية، أمّا الإدارة فتُشير إلى قدرة المرأة أو على الأقل إحساسها بالقدرة على تحديد أهدافها الاستراتيجية التي تريد الوصول إليها في حياتها والتصرّف بناءً على تلك الأهداف واتخاذ القرارات بناءً على نتائج تلك الأهداف، أمّا الإنجازات فهي تُشير إلى مجموعة متنوعة من النتائج التي تبدأ من تحقيق مستوى عيش كريم وتحسينه إلى تحقيق مبدأ تمثيل المرأة سياسيّاً.[٢]

ما هي الفكرة : الفكرة واضحة ومهمة بالنسبة للجميع حيث تعود على المجتمع بنتيجة موجيبة للجميع لأنه المرأة تشكل نصف المجتمع وعندما تكون له دوار في كل المجالات تعطي أفكار وخطة للمستقبل وتساعد في تطوير الحضارة

لماذا اختر هذه القضية: اخترت هذه القضية لكي ادفع عن حقوق المرأة في المجتمع وساعده في تمكين من حيث متابعة الدراسة والعمل وحقوقه الاسراية

مطلب المشروع : هو المطالبة في فك قيود السفر ومنح اللاجئين بالوصول الى الدول الاوربية لتتاح لهم الفرصة  في توسيع اعمالهم وانجازاتهم

توضيح المشروح : المكعب الصغير هو سوريا والمكعب الاكبر هو الدول الاوربية  ويوجد قناة او اسطوانة صغيرة  تعبر عن الحدود  والكرات الصغيرة هم اللاجئين . 

وعندما يتم نقل اللاجئين الى الدول الاوربية  يتحول شكل الكرات من الكرات الصغيرة الى الكرات الكبيرة تعبر عن ان اللاجئين اصبح لهم اعمال اكبر وتم توسيع اعمالهم وانجازاتهم
