Mobile Health Unit (MHU)

Mobile Health Unit (MHU).gslides

The Mobile Health Unit or MHU is a multipurpose health facility for the treatment of infectious disease outbreaks. The facility’s expandability more than doubles the space of a standard tractor trailer.

Inspired for use by corporate, charitable, and or government health providers, the MHU takes the treatment to the people located in isolated areas around the world. The MHU can be modified to provide the unique healthcare needs each circumstance demands. Ideal for those living in underdeveloped countries who do not have access to proper healthcare or even running water. Based on a standard tractor-trailer, the MHU is designed for easy transport across land and sea. Upon arrival, the free-form interior design allows users to easily modify the layout and interchange furniture components as needed.

We specifically designed to be this mobile in order for people to reach places that might not get the proper facilities they need to treat illnesses. This Mobile Health Unit contains all you need to treat people in different places.

We are hustling on the route to finishing our Nuvu project. Today, I worked on putting nuts and bolts on our drawers and the opening of our box. Although last minute, we came up with another idea to put a hinge on our projects front door. I will finish this up next class and then hopefully, we will totally be done with our project.

Today, we redid our shelves and copied them in the 3d printer. We also worked on our drawers but forgot to add a certain detail. Next class, we can work on the drawers again and hopefully print.
