Have you wondered what the future of cars is going to be? Will we be using small airplanes to move between places in the near future? Will high-speed trains become the de facto means of transportation? What is all the rave about Tesla electric cars? What kind of new wearable products will be designed to help us navigate and engage with urban areas, businesses and people differently?
During this term, we will explore "Transportation" in its broadest sense. Students will build electric cars, bikes and wearable products, while also researching and designing solutions for large-scale transportation systems. They will imagine what the future of transportation is and create new products for this future. We will also explore human movement through film, sound and interactive experiences.
