In this studio, you will be designing and building your own robots. At the end of the semester these bots will fight one another, tournament style, in an arena filled with traps and obstacles. Your mission will be to keep your robot alive while out-maneuvering others in the game. 

Students in this studio will be introduced to laser cutting, 3D printing, electronics and programming. They will also learn how to connect their robot to a remote control setup, allowing them to control motors using the RC controller's joysticks. The design process for this studio will involve brainstorming ideas and working creatively with others to develop these ideas into working battlebot prototypes.
