Project Description Slide
We set out to explain how wealth was generated and distributed, then explain why. We used data from the Bureau of Economic Analysis to create a Sankey graph of the U.S. GDP. Then we showed how the GDP was divided in the form of wages and ownership.

This project is intended to illustrate how wealth is created, then measured using GDP data. After wealth is accumulated, we show how it is divided by income bracket. We also show how much wealth stays in the economy and who owns it.
